What’s included in weekly pool maintenance?

Weekly service includes skimming, brushing, emptying baskets, vacuuming as needed, water testing, chemical balancing, and a quick equipment check to ensure everything is running properly.

How does billing work?

We run automatic monthly payments through QuickBooks at the beginning of each month for that month’s service. You’ll receive a detailed receipt and service updates after each visit.

What happens if my pool needs repairs?

If we notice an issue, we’ll notify you right away and provide a clear explanation and repair estimate before moving forward. Our goal is to prevent small issues from becoming costly repairs.

  • Pool Patrol saved the day ! Our hot tub was not heating and they quickly came out and fixed it for us ,same day ! And they even went above and beyond and cleaned it afterwards so we can use it .   • Contacted Gavin yesterday and asked him to send someone out to our house to check out our pool pump and filter since they were not working very well. Gavin and Trent came out later that afternoon, assessed the issue, and quickly backwashed and cleaned our filter. Pool pump and filter are now working great. These folks are local and very capable. Response is always great when we need help. We also use them for weekly cleaning and they always do a great job. Highly recommend them for all pool maintenance needs.
